1. Your card is not yet enabled for online transaction. Contact your bank to resolve.

2. Your card has been flagged by Facebook. Try another card.



3. Your bank has blocked Facebook payment gateway. Try another bank.

4. Your Facebook ad account is the problem. Try another Facebook account.
